Mr. Tanner, P.E. is the Director of Engineering and provides leadership and oversight on all projects at the firm. Wade has over 20 years of experience in design build, land development, water/sewer infrastructure and wastewater treatment projects. He is involved in all phases of the project from the evaluation and planning phase, survey and geotechnical coordination phase, detailed design phase, permitting phase, bid phase and construction administration phase.Wade is an effective leader at every level. Wade has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia. Wade thoroughly enjoys wastewater treatment/process design, BioWin modeling, hydraulic design, mechanical piping and pumping design and learning more about leading equipment and technology.
Wade enjoys working on all types and sizes of projects. Whether it’s a small water/sewer infrastructure design build project for a rural community or a large wastewater treatment design project for an Industrial client. He takes pride in seeing the the positive outcomes and successful results clients experience from his work.
