We were the Prime Engineer that designed sanitary sewer lift station, water
booster pump station for water distribution, above ground water storage tanks to serve the ECS
Maintenance Facility and Warehouse
Project #2: Fort Belvoir - Area 1400 Waterline (Design-Build)
We were the Prime Engineer that designed the replacement of approximately 10,000LF
of 2"-10" Water Main and associated main/service reconnects
Project #3: Fort Belvoir - Woodlawn Village Water & Sewer Replacement (Design-Build)
We were the Prime Engineer that designed the replacement of approximately 9,000LF
of 8"-10" of gravity sewer lines and associated laterals (6,500LF of 4"-6" laterals) and the
replacement of approximately 12,900LF of 8"-10" Water Main and associated services (11,500LF 1"
Svc).
Project #4: Fort Belvoir - Pre-1960 Water Main Replacement (Design-Build)
We were the Prime Engineer that designed the replacement of approximately 16,000LF of 6"-10"
Water Main and associated main/service reconnects
Project #5: Fort Belvoir - Beulah Water Main Improvements (Golf Course Water System Improvements) – Design Build
We were the Prime Engineer that designed water system improvements on Beulah Road
which consisted of pressure reducing valve and water sampling equipment, transfer a water
service line and a fire hydrant from a 6-inch main to a 16-inch main, cut/cap to abandon 6-inch
main, and other related work
Project #6: Fort Belvoir - Lift Station 594 Upgrade/Conversion (Design-Build)
We were the Prime Engineer that designed the modification to the existing
operational indoor lift station to an outdoor lift station with concrete slab
